A symposium that brings people together who want to bring people together.
THERE ARE MANY GOOD REASONS FOR NOT CREATING A COMMUNITY, for not leaning into the group and for not sharing fully who we are. It is messy, it can be confronting and it ultimately makes us vulnerable when we lean forward into community. For that reason we often lean back instead, we cross our arms or we stare into our phone.
AT THE COMMUNITY EXPERIENCE YOU WILL LEARN WHY AND HOW – despite all of the above – we should start leaning forward into community. We are in need of community to thrive as humans and we all crave for a deep sense of belonging, for being a part of something bigger. That’s why we will explore methods for how we can build communities, and inspire the people around us to do the same.
JOIN THIS UNCONVENTIONAL CONFERENCE to get inspired by community leaders and people gatherers from a wide range of sectors, as they share their successes and failures. Understand the potential and the challenges for healthy communities and perhaps most importantly experience community and connection in your own body.
THE AGENDA
Throughout the day, the Community Experience will delve into the extraordinary power of ordinary gatherings to foster a sense of belonging.
We will actively engage in exploring topics that serve as a foundation for a thriving community, covering questions such as:
- What constitutes a successful, cohesive community, and how do we define and nurture these qualities?
- What are the challenges and pitfalls when building a community?
- How can community become a key driver when mobilizing people for your cause?
We will also look at the profound impact a robust sense of community has on individual health and well-being, unravelling the interconnectedness between a supportive communal environment and personal flourishing.

WHO IS THIS FOR?
The symposium is for anybody who is leading teams, bringing people together, or curious about the power of community. Whether you are a manager, architect, organizer, entrepreneur, change maker or innovation executive.
WHO IS THIS NOT FOR?
Everybody who is looking to milk the latest trend to increase profits, who thinks that bringing people together is easy and will go according to plan, who lacks the humility to learn from others or who just wants to take home a few frameworks and sales leads, will not find what they are looking for at this symposium.
