Our Prenatal Yoga classes create a safe space for

Our Prenatal Yoga classes create a safe space for you to move and to get curious about the body that is changing rapidly.

The classes support you in finding your way to a feeling of bodily autonomy and a community of women who, each in their own unique way, are on the same journey as you.

With elements from yoga, pilates, dance and exercises focused on preparing the body and mind for both the ongoing pregnancy and the forthcoming birth.

Taught by Thit Schmidt, who is not only a great yoga teacher, but also a doula and educated in Rebozo and midwifery @thitschmidt

Every Thursday from 17:15 to 18:30

If you don’t know Sohams teaching style then nothing we write here will do it justice and if you know it, then you know that words are falling short. Much better: come and practice Friday 10 - 11.30 and Sunday morning beginning with yoga FLOW 9 o’clock and SLOW 10.45 🪷 Welcome Soham 🙏

NEW “CLASS” ON THE SCHEDULE: Say Hi to GRÖN Gardening - Rört’s weekly gardening, getting your hands dirty, learning to grow stuff, connecting with your community, being a human and close to soil type of class.
Leave your job or studies early on Thursdays and drop in between 15.30 - 17.00 and together we make the yard green and ground a little together. @anne_overmark will be there to steer the work forward 🪷💪
We have had yoga GROW on the schedule for six years - But this is THE REAL GROW class.

PLANTING SEEDS. 🌱 We (luckily) can’t control

PLANTING SEEDS. 🌱 We (luckily) can’t control the choices kids will make when they grow up. But we can plant seeds which are worth nourishing and will help each one to uniquely blossom. Seeds of self-care, seeds of compassion, seeds of care for each other and for our planet, seeds of playfullness, creativity and full presence.

In Rört, we would like to facilitate family spaces in which such seeds can be planted, nourished and allowed to unfold their potential - as a family and together with other families.

✨️Familiedag - Yoga, Akroyoga, Dans & Sauna (6-12 years): Saturday, May 4th, 10:00-16:00 with @ceciliehyltencavallius , @malou.dee.dam and @finjadaehne

✨️Familieyoga (4-6 years): Saturday, May 25th, 10:00-11:00

The Rört Podcast is live with the first three epi

The Rört Podcast is live with the first three episodes available on all major platforms.

We have started a podcast to create space for conversations that relates to figuring out the big puzzle of being human.

In the first three episodes we focus on different aspects of community building and talk to psychologist and zen monk @birgitte_gorm_hansen about the bright and the dark side of spiritual communities, we talk to Lars Lundbye, founder in @almenr.dk about building and financing the hippie dream and finally we have talked to @sofusmidtgaard (@dinnr_co and @mand21.dk ) about gathering men and fostering vulnerability.

We have already learned a lot from these conversations (also about the pains and joys of podcasting 😮) and are eager to record the upcoming episodes.
