RÖRT IN THE SUMMER. The weather is calling us to be outside and luckily we have both teachers, disciplines and space for doing exactly that. Stärk, Yoga, Dance, Shake the Dust, Trappeträning, Acroyoga and much more is ready to get to the park or out in the yard whenever weather allows. And also, remember to take time to simply sit in the yard and enjoy the aftermath of the practice alone or with others from the community. The Summer is on - we sre looking forward to prqcrice with you. Familiedag i Rört on June 17th 10:00-16:00
We believe that becoming a parent doesn’t mean that you need to miss out on moving together with others. You got your best training buddy right beside you and many other mover families around! On June 17th we invite you for a whole day in Rört filled with yoga, dance, acroyoga, børnesauna, massage, relaxation, and much more - together as a family, and with other families. Through fun and playful practices simulating senses, body and mind we will strengthen you and your kids’ presence, body awareness and connection and will provide you with lots of inspiration to also bring these practices into your daily life.
The event is for kids 6-12 years together with an adult.

THE DOORS ARE OPEN. The Community Space has had a little make over during the weekend from (@jackstrandstrand and @skovgaardjeppe ) and the Spring is here enough to slide the door open. Maybe this is the signal you needed to go join us and when you do, then follow the example of @paulamay_copenhagen and meet up in time to sit and enjoy the sun in the yard before class 🌻

Join with your child for FamilieYoga (4-6 år) on Saturday, April 22nd from 10:00-11:00.

We will explore the most simple and essential tool to health and well-being we humans have: our breathing!
And the great thing with FamilieYoga is that it will all be done in a fun and playful way (and yes, you will also get to try this fun little breathing gadget).

We will of course also move, dance, jump, learn yoga asanas, and relax together.
