A really good way to start the new year. On the morning of 31st Dec, Soham is guiding a grounding, energising workshop to help you land in 2026 with clarity and momentum.

We’ll step into the new year infused with new knowledge on how to navigate the ups and downs, ins and outs of life: The concept of “Dinacharya” refers to a daily schedule that aligns us with the rhythms of the day. Dancing to this unseen rhythm helps us feel the greater pulse of life and it creates the basis for great change. So if you wanna make changes in 2026, and have tried so before, but felt them fall through your fingers like grains of sand; then learning Dinacharya is a game changer.

This workshop will be a four part yoga practice with poses for each energy of the day: morning, midday, afternoon & evening. Asana-wise we will also work wisely with inversions and poses that strengthens the arms & heart.

Open to everyone.

We’re very excited to announce… The Rört Noon Club
 A new membership for midday movement. We’ve heard your calls, and we’re adding 5 new classes to the schedule. Monday to Friday at 12:05, join us for a pause in the middle of your workday to move, reconnect, and reset.

Starting 12th January we’ll offer: 💫 3 Noon Flow classes - 45 min 💫 2 Noon Strength classes - 30 min

And even better. If you’re local or working around Rentemestervej, the Noon Club is also a chance to meet, move, and connect with people from other local organisations in the neighbourhood.

NEXT WEDNESDAY WE GATHER for our annual Christmas

NEXT WEDNESDAY WE GATHER for our annual Christmas Presence evening 🎄 
An evening for Rört members to focus on presence rather than presents & to celebrate Christmas in true Rört style on one of the darkest days of the year.

It’s the perfect moment to round off the year with friends from Rört (or the people you’ve seen during class but haven’t quiiiite managed to say hi to yet), pause the December buzz and feel into the now. Expect heart-warm hugs, hot glögg and an even hotter dancefloor.

Bring a Christmas snack for the potluck, a towel (or two) for the sauna & we’ll take care of the glögg, bonfire, dancefloor, concert and a space to chill and breathe.

The event is free and for members only. (or become a member beforehand and be part of the evening)

& as always you are welcome to join whether you know other Rört members or not - you might just make a new friend or two. We can’t waaaaait to see you.

Every Thursday morning at 9:00, Kari Vig Petersen will guide us through an hour of Gaga - the movement language created by Ohad Naharin and rooted in sensation, imagination and deep physical research. We’re very excited to have Kari teaching here at Rört & you should be too 💫💫

Gaga classes awaken the whole body. Through layered prompts and rich imagery, you’ll explore softness and power, precision and play, delicacy and wildness - all inside a physically engaging, improvisational practice.

It’s a space to strengthen the body, increase flexibility and stamina & rediscover movement with curiosity and pleasure.

Open to all. No previous dance experience required. See you in class 💫
