RÖRT MEMBERSHIP

Our Rört membership costs 549,- DKK per month and allows you to register for all weekly schedule classes. It also gives you access to our member events, the Rört Open and the Self practice sessions and gives you member discounts on courses, workshops and retreats.

The membership is personal and cannot be transferred.

It will run for one month from the day of purchase or activation and renew automatically at the end of the one-month period. The money will be collected using your credit card information, the first time on the day you purchase the membership and after that on monthly intervals in the beginning of the next monthly period. The automatic payments will continue until you cancel or pause your membership.

If you wish to cancel or pause your membership, please send us an email to hello@rort.dk at least 10 days before the end of your monthly period and before the next payment period starts. Please see our Cancellation Policy!

In case your credit card expires or we cannot complete the automatic payment, the membership will expire automatically and immediately. Please note that you still have to pay later for classes you attended.

RÖRT STUDENT + ACTIVIST 20% DISCOUNT MEMBERSHIP

As a student you can receive a 20% discount on our Rört membership, so you will only pay 449,- DKK per month. (It is actually even a bit more than 20%, but don’t tell anyone.) Please send a letter of enrolment as proof of your student status every six months to hello@rort.dk. If you cannot provide a proof of enrolment, we will have to cancel your student membership.
-> Activist discount: Are you doing voluntary activist work with an NGO or civil society organization, like Extinction Rebellion, Black Lives Matter, MIX Copenhagen etc? We know this can be stressful and we decided to open our 20% student discount to you activists as well, to make it a little easier for you to take care of your body and mind, keep moving, staying connected and to meditate. Please send us an email with the organization you are involved with (and just being signed up for the newsletter or having signed an online petition does not qualify for activist work 😉 ).

4+1 CLASSES MEMBERSHIP

With your 4+1 Classes membership, you can sign-up for – take a wild guess – five classes during your monthly membership period. It costs 349,- DKK. The idea is that even if there is just one class on the weekly schedule you want to visit every week, you still have a fifth class in a month that you can attend, to make you curious and try something new! These can be any regular schedule classes. If you book more than five classes in one monthly period, the extra classes will be charged to your account automatically. This membership also gives you access to our member events, the Rört Open and the Self practice sessions and gives you member discounts on courses, on workshops and retreats.

RÖRT ONLINE BASIC MEMBERSHIP

SINGLE CLASS VISITS

When you want to join classes without a membership, you have the option to drop-in to a class by purchasing a ticket for a single class visit or the Rört Triple Touch ticket that is valid for three class visits.

The single class ticket costs 140,- DKK.

You can buy tickets for your visits via your account, when you sign-up for classes on our website. All drop-in tickets ( Single class ticket, Free welcome class ticket, Rört Triple Touch ticket) are valid for three months from date of purchase and are not transferable and not refundable.

After you created a new account at Rört, you have the option to get a Free Welcome class ticket. This ticket is free. Just like it says. You are welcome. 🙂 All you need to do is to create an account and sign up for the class online. 
This ticket is only available once for your first visit, and it is valid for two months and for one regular weekly schedule class.

The Rört Triple Touch ticket for 300,-DKK gives you access to three classes in total. It is not applicable for sauna visits. It is an intro offer so you can get to know us a bit better and can only be purchased once. 

KLIPPEKORT (10 classes ticket)

Another option to join our classes is the 10 classes Klippekort.
It gives you access to ten classes in total, which can be any regular weekly schedule class including sauna, for the price of 995,- DKK. The Klippekort will expire six months after the date of purchase and it is not transferable to others and not refundable. Unlike the Rört Triple Touch ticket – which can only be bought once – you can purchase as many Klippekorts as your heart desires and your body requires.

ONE WEEK OF RÖRT KLIPPEKORT
(Unlimited classes for a week)

Perfect for travellers, for the ones who want to create their own one week urban retreat, or the committed uncommitted ones among you!
This “One Week of Rört “-Klippekort allows you to sign up for an unlimited amount of regular weekly classes, incl. sauna, but only for one week. It costs 444,- DKK.

RÖRT CHALLENGE OPTION: If you manage to visit all classes within that week, that means every single one we have on our schedule in those seven days, we will refund the price of the ticket. You will also join our “Rört Challenge – Wall of Fame” and get a free set of sore and exhausted muscles. 🙂
This Klippekort is not transferable to others and – except for the Rört Challenge Option – not refundable. It activates on the day of purchase and will expire automatically seven days after you bought it.

1 MONTH UNLIMITED ONLINE ACCESS

[Currently not available]
With the Online access ticket you can sign up for an unlimited number of online classes for one month. It costs 129,- DKK, is not transferable to another person and not refundable. It activates on the day of purchase and will expire automatically one month later.

Please be aware that the ticket is not a membership, so you will not be able to join member only events or make use of member discounts when you sign up for a workshop or course.

GIFT CARDS

You have the option to purchase different gift cards via our webshop. These different gift cards will be valid for one year from the date of purchase and are not refundable and cannot be paid out in cash.

When you buy a gift card for e.g. a course, the Rört triple touch ticket or a membership, the terms and conditions for those respective products and services will apply. If you want to give a gift card for a specific course or workshop, please send us an email to hello@rort.dk so we can reserve a spot!

RÖRT 100 HOURS TEACHER TRAINING

To ensure the quality of the Rört teacher training, we reserve the right of admission and require applicants to provide information for the application process.
In order to secure your enrolment on the teacher training, you have to pay the full course fee. The non-member and member prices are listed on our Rört Teacher training page.  4000,- DKK of the payment are a non-refundable deposit.
If you cancel more than two weeks before the course start date (the first day of the teacher training), you get the full course fee refunded minus the deposit.
We cannot give any refunds for cancellations less than two weeks before the course start date.

RÖRT 50 HOURS YOGA ANATOMY COURSE

In order to secure your enrolment on the course, you have to pay the full course fee. The non-member and member prices are listed on our Rört Yoga Anatomy course page.
If you cancel more than two weeks before the course start date, you get the full course fee refunded. In case the corona-regulations should change and making it impossible for you to join the course or the course to take place at all, or if you should get Covid-19 symptoms and not be able to join the course, you will receive a full refund. Otherwise we cannot give any refunds for cancellations less than two weeks before the course start date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Signing up for a class, course, workshop, retreat or any other event is binding, personal and non-transferable.
To ensure your spot in a class, you need to sign-up for the class online beforehand, and arrive at the studio and check-in at least 10 minutes before the class starts.

If you want to cancel a class you have signed up for, be aware that the cancellation deadline is 3 hours before class starts. You can cancel classes via your account online. If you book a class and cancel late (i.e. less than 3 hours before class starts), you will be charged 30 DKK if you have a membership with unlimited class visits. If you do not have any membership or a 4+1 classes membership, you will also lose your single class ticket or a visit from your Klippekort or 4+1 classes membership.

Regardless of your membership or ticket type, if you signed up for a class and you late cancel or do not show up for the class, you will be charged 30 DKK. This No-show fee is to avoid class spots being blocked by people who do not make use of them.

Cancelling courses and workshops can be done by writing an email to hello@rort.dk. Until 14 days before their start date we can refund the full payment minus a refund fee (see below). For late cancellations that are submitted less than 14 days before the event’s start date, we will have to charge a 50% cancellation and administration fee. It is not possible to cancel courses, workshops and other events less than one week before their start date.

Cancelling retreats can be done by writing an email to hello@rort.dk. Until one month before their start date we can refund the full payment minus a refund fee (see below). It is not possible to cancel retreats less than one month before their start date. In the event that you have to cancel a retreat less than one month before, it is also possible to sell your retreat ticket to someone else.

Cancelling festival ticket: Once bought, a festival ticket is non-refundable. You can however sell your ticket to another person. In that case, just let Rört know that you are selling the ticket and ask the person who is buying it to contact Rört (by writing to hello@rort.dk) so we can register them for the festival.

To cancel or pause your membership: We know that life can change, so at Rört you can actually cancel your membership every month, there is no three-months notice period and no additional prepaid month. To cancel or pause your membership, you only have to send us an email to hello@rort.dk at least 10 days before the end of your monthly period and before the next payment period starts. Otherwise we cannot ensure that the cancellation takes place before the next scheduled bank transfer for the following payment period. It is not possible to cancel less than 10 days before the membership renews and accordingly we cannot give refunds for already renewed membership, as soon as a new monthly period started.

You can pause your membership for a minimum period of 1 month and a maximum period of 3 months.

To cancel your enrolment in a teacher training, you can send us an email to hello@rort.dk until more than two weeks before the course start date (the first day of the teacher training) to get the full course fee refunded minus the deposit of 4000,- DKK. You will not have to pay any additional refund and transaction fees, since these will be covered by the deposit.
We cannot give any refunds for cancellations less than two weeks before the course start date.

Since we have to pay refund and transaction fees to our payment solution provider, we have to charge 5% of the transaction sum or at least 50 DKK for every refund.

PAYMENT TERMS

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK), unless otherwise stated.

Payment will be charged the following business day and you can pay online with Visa and Mastercard credit cards. If you use a foreign credit card a 3.75% surcharge can apply for the payment provider.

We use a secure payment system and all information, including bank and credit card information, will be encrypted.

We accept Visa card, Mastercard and Dankort.
