Johan Nilsson

Johan is an explorer of natural sciences and art. He’s a trained gardener and teacher in Biodynamic farming, gardening and Permaculturdesign These are a great source of inspiration for him due to its deep relationship with the natural world, alternative methods and plant forces. In dance and improvisation, he experiences the same fascination as when he was a child playing in the forest – in contact with nature – a world full of imagination and playfulness!

His movement background includes Capoeira, African Dance, World Dance and fire spinning, but his interest deepened when he first discovered Contact Improvisation in 2004, with his main inspiration coming from Måns Erlandsson and Malin Anclair, Stockholm/Sweden. Since then, Johan has been participating as a teacher and performer in several projects, festivals and dance events throughout Europe, India and China. He is regularly teaching classes in different dance institutions and is organising CI events in Sweden. For a few years he was part of organizing METAMORPHOSIS Improvisation Festival, where he is the co-founder.

Workshop: Ecosomatics – Widening your Ecological Self
Ecosomatics is a way to learn about outer ecosystems, inner systems and wider landscapes. I let myself be reflected by the bigger nature. And I learn about myself. We will bridge inside with outside, words and thoughts will meet ideas and concepts and will ultimately meet the-more-than-human, other living beings.
We will spend time together in the forest using meditaiton and somatic exercises as tools to connect and reconnect, striving for interconnectedness.
Wear clothes according to weather, that can be worn by nature. Bring paper and a pen.

Workshop: Ecosomatics – The Life Journey
This is a jorney into your imagination. Possibly into your past. Maybe into your projectes wishes of an imagined future. Your inner nature reflected in the outer nature.
It is an outdoor session. We will be on the ground, on the moss, inbetween the rocks, with the soil. We will walk a path, rest inbetween lifes and travel together.
With the clarity of a set structure, possibly a ritual, but with the availability of open ends – we set out on a non verbal journey where the bigger ecosystem becomes the playground for our inner landscape.
Wear clothes according to weather, that can be worn by nature. Bring paper and a pen.

Workshop: Contact Impro – Creativity & Flow
Contact Improvisation (CI) is a movement practice and a dance form where we give in to our instincts and learn about the easy accessible movement patterns that our body knows from the long path of evolution. We will take some of the basic principles used within the CI form, mix them with movement sequences and bring in touch.
And Touch is the very vehicle of CI. Touch is the constant question we use.
We will try out different states of flow – organic, fluent, guided by directions, guided by weight, restricted, mind driven etc.
Wear soft clothes that let you be mobile. Can be good to cover knees and elbows.

Workshop: Contact Impro – Fly Fearlessly
In this workshop we let us fly a bit more or a bit higher. Eventually former experience of Contact Improvisation is good, but not necessary.
We will work with the roles of the under dancer and the over dancer. Using bodywork to create clarity of touch, strength and stability. Using release, spirals and air as vehicles to fly. Using trios to create safe support, creative outcome and unknown spaces.
Wear soft clothes that let you be mobile. Can be good to cover knees and elbows.

Janni Popp

Janni Popp is facilitating movement practices with the main intention to support the participants in remembering and reclaiming their inner wisdom and acknowledge how wild and beautiful these human bodies are. She is amazed of how everything around us is mirrored within and vice versa and has been teaching movements in more than 10 years in different constellations and contexts. She did her first yoga teacher training in 2018, is a part of Authentic Flow Tribe’s teacher trainer team and is an authorized physiotherapist.

Morning Practice: Myofascial Yin – Liquid Web of Potential

In this practice, you are invited to simply BE as you trace and move with the subtle streams flowing through the liquid, fascial web of your body.

Our fascia is a multilayered liquid web that weaves through every part of our bodies, encasing and connecting muscles, bones, nerves and organs. This web not only separates but also unites, giving our tissues the potential to slide and glide effortlessly in relation to one another. Although designed to stretch as you move, fascia can thicken and become sticky, due to for instance injuries and emotional impact, causing pain and limited mobility.

Using myofascial release techniques with tennis balls, somatics, yin asanas and intuitive movements, we aim to unstick the potential of what is held and increase the flow of blood, fluids and emotions within.

Workshop: Shake the Dust – Ripples from one to all

We all started as one cell. And from that cell there was a ripple: to two cells, four, eight, sixteen… and eventually into this creation of around 30 trillion cells that is now you. But it doesn’t stop there. The ripple of cells continue to come into being: to rise and to fall, over and over; inside as well as outside.
When you move everything moves. The Earth trembles below your feet and the air that surround you is dancing and changing whenever you dance and change in a continuous conversation.
In this Shake the Dust practice we will journey to that: the ripples inside as well as outside. And let our movements echo from one cell to all cells, from one body to all bodies.

Shake the Dust is a transformative and embodied practice of the bodyheartmind. Through a guided poetic universe we journey between perpetual movement, rest, release and free movement. With shaking, jumping, dancing, intuitive movement, pilates, somatics and body weight training, not to mention a kick ass carefully curated playlist, this class is designed for any body and will at best deliver a cathartic release, a great workout, SWEAT and a strong, resilient body.

Prune & David Poznic

PRUNE POZNIC has worked closely with the creators of Wutao and Song of the Breath for over a decade, and has earned the advanced level “Professeure” certification. She taught for years in Paris and internationally, including workshops in Thailand, Singapore, Canada, Morocco and the US. She now lives and teaches in California. Prune was a professional actress in Paris for years, and her approach works to connect breath and movement to deeper emotional awareness and expressive pathways.

DAVID POZNIC: I love to hike, climb trees, walk barefoot, swim in the ocean, mountain unicycle, dance, play Capoeira, and hug people. I have over 25 years of movement training, teaching and exploration in my body, ranging from contemporary dance to martial arts to physical theater, breathwork, and a variety of esoteric approaches to movement, breath, and dance. My goal is to help my students move, and live, with more freedom and flow.

Workshop – Wutao (Prune & David)
The art of Wutao is based on building awareness of the primordial undulatory movement of the spine. This wave gets extended and amplified through the entire body, liberating the natural spirals that exist in all of our movements. As we breathe into this practice, Wutao becomes a dance, a physical calligraphy, in which deeper energetic, emotional, and artistic pathways are revealed.

Workshop – Moving Alive (David)
How can we move with more freedom and flow, releasing not only our body’s tensions, but also our minds, breath, and self judgment?

How can we release the inhibitions that block us from truly connecting deeply with ourselves and others while walking, crawling, and dancing?

In this workshop we explore ways to move and dance that are based on honesty and pleasure. We play with spirals, breath, undulations, and a variety of techniques that allow us to move freely in any direction and to express ourselves more fully. Combining approaches and techniques from Capoeira, physical theater, functional movement training, contemporary dance, and acrobatics, we will move, groove, connect and have gee-lots of fun!

Workshop – Song of the Breath (Prune)
Song Of The Breath explores ways to liberate and play with our breath while connecting to ourselves and to the group, as part of a tribal-style chorus. In this workshop, we will play with elasticity, silence, rhythm, and sounds to reconnect to our natural groove. This allows us to experience more fluidity as we move through the different physical, mental, and emotional experiences that arise with our breath. In doing so, we can more fully access our vitality and inner joy. Let’s groove!

Line Bangsbo

Åsa is a previous dancer and trained in different schools of body work. As a passionate yoga and meditation teacher since 2011, as well as a psychologist, she loves to empower others to find their full potential and peace within.

Workshop: Consent. Yes, No, Maybe
On a festival like Uberört we come together to relate, connect, touch and be touched for 4 days. Having a consent practice together is very supportive in relating joyfully and authentic to each other.
In this workshop we investigate touch and boundaries and how being conscious about our relating can be deeply healing, very connecting and a lot of fun.
Consent work is the dual practice of both being able to feel what you want and don’t want, and to communicate that to the world. Trust in ourselves is the core of this practice, and sometimes it is good to have a laboratory with other people to investigate our wants and boundaries and how we express them.
You are invited to lean into the awkward and the unknown, in a light and heartful way. You can join the workshop alone or bring a partner. We will work with different partners in the exercises.

Morning Practice: Slow Sunday Morning Bodywork
Join this last class of the festival with a very slooow exchange. In this class you will be guided in an exchanged bodywork, with focus on time, breath and connection. This class is less about technique and more about the experience of supporting each other in the deepening of consciously resting. This is a workshop where you can rest and regenerate your energy with the support of a friend you either bring or meet at the workshop. The bodywork will be beautifully supported by live mantra singing by the wise and gracious Gopianand kirtan duo.

Ceremonial Sauna:
You are invited for a ceremony with the 4 elements of earth, water, air and fire. With songs stoytelling, prayers and an invitation to share your voice you are invited to sit in intimate connection with the 4 elements and you as the 5th, the one experiencing. In between rounds we will immerse in the sweetwater lake.

Jeppe Skovgaard

I began climbing buildings and doing parkour at night because I couldn’t sleep. I began yoga because parkour made me so strong that I could no longer breathe. I began acroyoga because I lacked a connection with other people and missed a community. I started Rört because I believe that all kinds of movement have specific qualities, that they are all potentially moving and touching – and because I have a burning desire to create a community in Copenhagen across disciplines where we can meet as human beings and inspire, touch, and move each other.

You are invited to a playful, meditative and aesthetic exploration in dialogue with the most ancient material we have – the actual flesh of the earth – stones. Through the practice of Stonefulness – building impossibly balanced stone sculptures – we will cultivate a felt sense of the edge of possibility and just beyond. Workshop: AcroYoga Playground – Lift, Connect, Explore
New to AcroYoga? This workshop offers a safe and welcoming space to explore the basics of basing, flying, and spotting – no experience needed. We’ll build trust, body awareness, and simple techniques you can take with you. Come solo or with a partner – everyone can join, and everyone will be supported. Accessible, inspiring, and rooted in connection.

AcroYoga Flow – Finding Flight Together
Ready to go a little deeper? In this workshop, we’ll build dynamic flows and an accessible washing machine, playing with balance, connection, and movement. Some experience with AcroYoga is helpful but not required – all levels are welcome, and we’ll offer options for everyone. Whether you’re looking to level up or just love moving with others, you’ll leave smiling (and maybe a little taller!).

Natalya Skjelmose

“In my daily life I work as a de-armoring practitioner & trauma bodyworker. Exploring our shared ‘humanness’ & holding space for people to transform is something I am deeply passionate about. For the 10 years I was working in the corporate world I struggled with feeling disembodied, ungrounded & stuck in my mind. A major shift in my life in 2022 pushed me to deepen my practice of embodied living. Whether with clients or creating classes I strive to create safety to allow ourselves to open to feeling: to move through & embody all that comes up so we can live a fuller more alive life. Come join me on that exploration together!”
