Sometimes it’s not about fixing, solving or holding it all. Sometimes it’s simply about being beside one another. Step by step. Wordlessly. Quietly. Fully.
A soft reminder from Ram Dass, that we don’t need to know the way, but it helps to walk it together.

In a world that can be loud & crazy & uncertain, we hope Rört can be a place to land. To move, to meet, to just be.

Held Mama - a soft landing for mamas and mamas to be.

Join us for a morning of rest, movement and shared presence. A space where you don’t have to hold it all, but get to be held.

This is for you:
– if you’re carrying life inside
– if you’ve recently met your baby earthside
– if you’ve mothered for years

We’ll move, breathe, share, and reconnect with the woman and being behind all the holding. No need to bring anything but yourself.

Facilitated by Malou and Thit — two experienced space holders with deep roots in movement, care and community.

We live in a world that often silences what it can’t understand. And yet, the body still knows how to move. To feel. To dance.

When the noise gets too loud, we need the courage to listen inward, and the freedom to follow rhythms that aren’t always visible to others. Don’t be afraid to move differently. To live differently.

As Nietzsche said, not everyone hears the music. But that doesn’t mean it’s not playing.

Stay close to your practice. Stay close to those who remind you of the music. See you on the mat (& on the dancefloor at Klub Rört tomorrow)

Two reasons to sing (and snack) next Tuesday 27th May 🎶

First, listen to the beautiful and magical voices of the Rört Choir at this year’s Summer Concert – with folk songs from Georgia, Belarus and Poland. Doors open at 18:00 · Concert from 18:30–19:00 at Folkestuen in @demokratigarage - Rentemestervej 57 (just 3 minutes from Rört)

After the concert, join the monthly Fællessang / Flere Stemmer at @demokratigarage, hosted with @flerefugle at 19:30-20:30 All voices are welcome, even if you usually only sing in the shower. It’s not about how it sounds, but how it feels.

And afterwards, grab a beer or snack at @flerefugle, with 50% off for everyone who joined the event (just show you were part of it).
